Add Gurubanis swords to homes and police loot YOSE

It adds the swords "Melee_Sword_Talwar" and "Melee_Sword_Khanda" to the loot list inside houses and uh.. i think police stations or something related to police. in houses it should be rare. in police related loot should be more commonwhy?
