Teleportation Spell and Mark and Recall Spell

Adds 2 spells to the game, 'Teleport' and 'Mark and Recall.' Casting these spells brings up menus allowing the player to select their destination. 'Return' allows you to teleport back to the exact spot you last teleported from. Mark and
