Improves the Cannibal perk in several ways. Devouring a corpse now gives 120 hp and 12 rads. Collect 1-2 Human Meat from NPCs inventory on death. Mutilated Body parts can be eaten 40 hp and 10 rads 60 hp with sanitizer. Devour children
