RH_Ironsights and EVE Fix to A3-21's Plasma Rifle

RH_Ironsights does not work very well with Energy Visuals Enhanced, and some of the new weapon models for EVE are not fixed in RH_Ironsights's Bridge with EVE. Normal plasma rifles are fixed with the bridge, but A3-21's Plasma Rifle is not.
