Faster move speed - Exploration mode only

For some strange reason, nobody bothered to do a mod for Origins where the move speed is increased for exploration mode only. I reverse engineered dragonagefun's mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/2577/?) and changed it so that
